Appointments & Payments
All services must be booked through our official online system. A deposit is required to secure your appointment and will be applied to your final balance. Full payment is due at the time of service unless stated otherwise. We accept Cash, Zelle, and major debit/credit cards. Prices listed may vary depending on hair length, density, or specific service needs.
Cancellations, Late Arrivals & No-Shows
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will result in a forfeited deposit or a fee. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their service shortened or canceled, depending on the schedule. Repeated no-shows may lead to refusal of future bookings.
Client Expectations & Salon Policies
Clients must arrive with their hair in the required condition for the booked service (clean, detangled, etc.), unless otherwise stated. Elevated Pretty reserves the right to decline or adjust services if conditions are not met. Please notify us of any scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your appointment. All services are performed with care and professionalism, and we maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment at all times.
