REFUND POLICY

Services (Appointments & Hair Care Treatments)

All services provided at Elevated Pretty are non-refundable once rendered. This includes but is not limited to: braiding, silk presses, conditioning treatments, trims, installs, and protective styling. Due to the time, preparation, and product usage involved in every appointment, refunds are not issued for completed services under any circumstances.

However, client satisfaction is a top priority. If you are unhappy with the results of your service, we ask that you contact us within 48 hours of your appointment to discuss possible solutions. Adjustments or corrections may be offered at the discretion of the stylist and must be scheduled within 7 days of the original appointment. We do not offer refunds based on change of mind, miscommunication after service completion, or failure to follow post-service care instructions.

Products (In-Person or Online Purchases)

At this time, all physical products sold by Elevated Pretty — including hair care items, silk wraps, or other boutique items — are final sale. Because these items are often personal in nature and cannot be restocked or resold once opened, we do not offer refunds or exchanges on product purchases.

If a product is defective or damaged upon pickup or delivery (for future ecommerce orders), you must notify us within 3 days of receipt with photo evidence. In such cases, we may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation and product availability.

Special Circumstances & Exceptions

Elevated Pretty reserves the right to review refund-related requests on a case-by-case basis in circumstances involving medical emergencies, scheduling system errors, or stylist-initiated cancellations. If a service was paid for but not rendered due to reasons beyond the client’s control, the client may request either a reschedule or a refund of the deposit.

No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, no-shows, or failure to disclose relevant hair/scalp conditions that may interfere with the booked service. Please be honest and thorough during your consultation to ensure the best results possible.
