SHIPPING POLICY
Digital Payments, In-Person Fulfillment
All payments for services and select products are made online through our secure booking and checkout system. After payment, your service or product will be fulfilled during your scheduled in-person appointment or arranged pickup time.
Product Pickup (If Applicable)
If you purchase a physical product (such as wraps or hair care items), you’ll receive an email confirmation with pickup details. All items must be picked up in person at the scheduled time or during your appointment — shipping is currently not offered.
Missed Appointments or Pickups
If you miss your scheduled appointment or pickup window, please contact us within 48 hours to reschedule. Payments are non-refundable once a service is performed or a product has been marked as picked up. We are not responsible for items not collected within 7 days of the pickup date unless otherwise arranged.
